The Municipality of Surdulitsa and the Pravets Historical Museum are united in their efforts to successfully develop a project with reference number СВ007.1.11.151 "Development of tourism in the cross-border region of Bulgaria and Serbia by creating tourist attractions and exhibiting representative cultural and historical sites of the municipalities of Surdulitsa and Pravets "through a joint team for management and implementation of activities that meet the needs of the target groups in the cross-border region.
Two working meetings of the teams in Surdulitsa were held on 16.12.2016 and in Pravets on 3-4 February 2017.

- Opening of Voutjo Popivanov’s (Tuniaka) inn from 1820 with exhibition for the Private Bulgarian Revolutionary Committee of the time of Vasil Levski
