Project management

   Formation of a joint team of partners from the municipality of Surdulitsa and Pravets Museum of History for successful project management. The team is responsible for coordinating the different activities with the Managing Authority, the national authorities, the Joint Secretariat, all contractors, the media and relevant institutions.It prepares and develops all required documents for reports, provides administrators the necessary documentation and information, complies with all procedures regarding refund requests and schedule for the implementation of individual activities.

  The activity is implemented throughout the project implementation period.
